End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") governs your installation and use of OneWordCrew software, including any configuration utilities and firmware updates (together, the "Software"). By installing, copying or using the Software you accept this Agreement. If you do not accept it, do not install or use the Software.

License grant

OneWordCrew grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to install and use the Software on devices you own or control, solely to operate OneWordCrew hardware and to configure it for your own use. This licence is for end users; it does not grant any right to distribute, sublicense, rent, lease or host the Software for third parties.

Restrictions

Except to the extent permitted by applicable law, you may not reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to derive the source code of the Software; modify, adapt or create derivative works; remove or obscure any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice; or use the Software in a way that infringes the rights of others or violates any applicable law.

Updates and changes

The Software may download and install updates automatically in order to keep your device secure and functioning correctly. Updates are covered by this Agreement, and a later release may include an updated version of this Agreement. If you do not agree with an update, uninstall the Software.

Ownership

The Software is licensed, not sold. OneWordCrew and its licensors retain all right, title and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights. Open source components included with the Software are licensed under their own terms, which prevail over this Agreement where they conflict.

Warranty and liability

The Software is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, OneWordCrew disclaims all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. This is without prejudice to your statutory warranty rights in relation to the hardware, and nothing in this Agreement limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Termination

This Agreement is effective until terminated. It terminates automatically if you breach it. On termination you must stop using the Software and uninstall or remove it from your devices.
